At Commercial Trust Company, supporting our local schools is more than a commitment. It is a privilege. Each month, we are proud to partner with Daly Elementary School to celebrate students and teachers during the Falcon Fest Awards.
Falcon Fest takes place at the end of every month and recognizes students who exemplify the character trait of the month. These awards shine a light on the qualities that build strong leaders, including integrity, kindness, perseverance, and responsibility. It is always inspiring to see young students living out these values in their classrooms and throughout the school community.
As part of this celebration, Commercial Trust Company proudly purchased “Readers Are Leaders” t-shirts for every student who receives an award. Each month, our team has the privilege of personally presenting these shirts to the students during the Falcon Fest ceremony. Watching them walk up to receive their recognition and leave wearing their shirts with pride is a reminder that encouragement and positive reinforcement truly matter. These moments help build confidence and reinforce the importance of strong character.

We are also honored to recognize Daly Elementary’s Teachers of the Month. Educators play an extraordinary role in shaping not only academic growth but character development as well. Each month, we present selected teachers with $50 gift certificates to LaFayette on the Square as a small token of appreciation for the dedication, leadership, and care they bring to their classrooms every day.
The Falcon Fest Awards are a meaningful reminder that education is about more than grades. It is about building future leaders who understand the value of integrity, respect, and responsibility.
